TANNERY STOREROOM ATTENDANT B-SHIFT

### Description *Position at JBS USA* **General Description:** - Checking out and receiving parts and materials from storeroom in SAP; - Performs daily, weekly and monthly inventory audits on warehouse parts; - Reviews and makes suggestions to his/her manager for improvements to the storeroom; - Place and organize the parts and materials on the proper shelves; - Monitors and acquires all needed parts and supplies requested as needed from the counter; - Must have working knowledge of computers, parts ordering, receiving parts, parts distribution, parts inventory and controls; - Must maintain a good working relationship with peers, supervisors and fellow employees; - Must be able to complete all plant training as required; - Must have awareness of housekeeping in and around her/his area of responsibility and take immediate action to correct all housekeeping issues; - Must work different shifts and days as needed for coverage of the storeroom; - Has the ability to assist and complete all jobs in a timely manner. **Working Conditions:** - Must be able to do heavy lifting at required times. - Work areas may have some situations requiring immediate cleaning or safety corrections. - Typical work schedule is 40 hours per week, this position requires that Saturday work on a rotating basis. - Overhead work and some height work will be required. **Special Skills:** - Inventory accounting - General math skills - General Computer Skills **Education Requirements (if applicable)** - Must be able to read and comprehend all equipment literature that applies to his/her area. **Experience:** - Understands the function of the warehouse computer system, parts inventory control and has the ability to work with peers. **EOE/VETS/DISABLED**
