Location: This position is remote within Colombia About Talent Operations. The Talent Operations team plays a critical role in enabling and optimizing how the entire Talent department at Huge functions. We are focused on building and maintaining the infrastructure, systems, processes, and analytics that enable efficient, data-driven, and scalable talent management. We are also responsible for the development of total compensation —empowering the organization to attract, hire, engage, and retain top talent effectively. The Talent Operations team is the engine that drives our employee life cycle at Huge. The role. As a detail-oriented and highly motivated Talent Operations Manager you will enhance the global Talent Operations team, in providing support to Talent programs and initiatives with a particular focus on Colombia. Specifically, data accuracy and enrollment, onboarding, payroll, benefits & perks, local employee law compliance, country specific Employee Handbook and leave administration. In this position you would report to our Talent Operations Lead. What you’ll be doing. Working closely in support of our Talent Partners, you’ll own the delivery and effectiveness of several core HR processes and responsibilities across employee life-cycle activities including new hire benefits orientation, employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, leave management, company training acknowledgement, and HR payroll communication. Working closely with our external providers, update and maintain their software dashboards and our internal HRIS system with employee data. Organize and execute onboarding orientation items including benefits. Organize and execute offboarding notifications and paperwork. Lead benefits orientation and employee facing administration and serve as a point of contact for benefit related employee questions, escalations, and resolutions on employee issues. Reconcile and ensure compliance and accounting of benefits programs in assigned countries. Perform routine benefits audits and troubleshoot benefits feed discrepancies through to resolution. Manage payroll, benefit/wellness campaigns and communications to amplify new benefits offerings, increase utilization, and support open enrollment efforts. Support the delivery and improvement of scalable programs including onboarding and induction programs. Ensure ongoing knowledge and compliance with relevant regulations (including but not limited to legislation surrounding leave programs, immigration, release practices, etc.) and requirements pertaining to minimize risk and exposure to the company; support development of global compliance calendar and ensure all individual filings are completed on time. Administer and advise on country-funded level programs and general LOA policies and programs, reconcile with payroll providers, and provide timely communications and follow-up to employees requesting information about and/or using Huge’s leave benefits. Support and understand mobility requests for our employees based on assigned country’s laws and regulations. Support other Talent projects, events, and initiatives as needed and assigned. What we’d like to see. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience across these core functions: onboarding, payroll, benefits & perks, and leave administration. Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal; ability to have empathetic tone and humanize those needing assistance while staying professional and aligned with set business needs. The ability to work effectively with all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment. Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required.
