As a Talent Management Business Partner, you will play a key role in helping our leaders build, support, and grow a talented workforce that advances our mission to eliminate cancer's grip on humanity. This is more than a recruiting role. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, helping them plan for current and future workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, improve retention, and create a positive employee experience. A significant focus of this position will be supporting our nursing and clinical populations. You will partner closely with nursing leadership to understand hiring demands, workforce trends, succession planning needs, and strategies to attract and retain top nursing talent. The starting annual salary for this position is $93,659 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package. What You'll Do: Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop talent strategies that support departmental goals Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a strong emphasis on nursing and clinical positions Build strong relationships with managers and serve as a trusted resource on talent and workforce matters Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and identifying future talent needs Help identify skills gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent Analyze hiring, turnover, and workforce trends to provide insights that support informed decision-making Promote a positive employee experience through coaching, guidance, and problem-solving support Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement and retention efforts Support organizational changes, workforce initiatives, and talent programs across the organization Coach and train managers on recruiting best practices, talent management strategies, and employee support practices Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong internal and external talent pipelines Provide leadership and support for talent management processes, systems, and team initiatives What You'll Bring: We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
