Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief As we scale to reach orbit, we are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves the hunt — proactively building pipelines rather than waiting for inbound. You will work closely with experienced recruiters on the team, hiring managers, and our leadership team, but you will also run your own roles and find your own candidates from day one.
