What You’ll Do As a Talent Attraction Specialist , you’ll play a key role in driving Amoria Bond’s internal growth by: Becoming a market expert and building a diverse talent pipeline. Identifying, engaging, and assessing top talent Providing strategic updates and market insights and act as talent advisors to the business Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English (required), as well as either German or Dutch Relevant degree or professional experience in recruitment, HR, or business.
