We're a small team with a big scope, and we move fast — which means real ownership for interns from day one. ✨ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL Interning on Joko's Talent team is not a shadowing experience. You will run sourcing sequences, screen candidates, and be trusted to make judgment calls — not just format spreadsheets. If you're good, we will lean on you. - World-class hiring, up close. You will sit next to a team that treats hiring as a craft, work with a modern stack, and learn what a truly high-bar recruiting operation looks like from the inside. - The frontier of AI in recruiting. We are actively rethinking how sourcing, screening, and outreach are done with AI. As an intern, you will build, test, and ship parts of that with us. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Talent Associate Intern, your main mission is to help the Talent team hit its ambitious hiring targets by owning sourcing and candidate operations on a set of roles, and by contributing to the projects that make our TA function stronger over time. You will work hand-in-hand with Antoine https://www.linkedin.com/in/antoine-arnault/, our Talent Acquisition Manager, and closely with the full Talent team, hiring managers, and founders. - Own sourcing for live roles: You will identify, map, and reach out to candidates on a defined set of roles. You will run LinkedIn searches, build target lists, write outreach sequences, and iterate on what works. - Screen and qualify inbound candidates: You will review applications, run first-touch screens, and give clear, structured feedback to hiring managers on who is worth moving forward. Your judgment matters here. - Support the full recruiting funnel: You will schedule interviews, prep candidates, coordinate debriefs, and make sure the experience is smooth on both sides. Great candidates should never be lost because our ops are messy. - Experiment with AI in TA: You will get real time and space to test new AI tools on the sourcing and screening funnel — from smarter search to automated outreach personalization — and share what works back with the team. - Contribute to broad…
