As a member of our HR team, you will influence and directly impact the growth and evolution of TKDA by leading the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, participating in workforce planning and forecasting to outline talent acquisition plans and establish a tailored talent network that aligns with current operations and strategic objectives, promoting student and early professional opportunities during campus engagement activities and events, contributing to the development of recruitment marketing campaigns, championing an engaging candidate journey from first touch through onboarding, and more. For this opportunity, we are seeking candidates who reside within a regular commuting distance of our Bloomington, MN location. While this position requires a consistent in-office presence, hybrid (3-2) work arrangements are available. Occasional local and/or overnight travel will be required to attend campus events as well as conduct on-site interviews and general visits at regional office locations.
