As StemWave continues to scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who genuinely loves recruiting. This person will own the full hiring process, partner closely with hiring leaders, take on whatever the day requires, and help shape how we attract and hire exceptional people. ## What You’ll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and build strong talent pipelines. - Proactively source and engage qualified candidates across multiple channels. - Deliver a thoughtful and professional candidate experience from the first interaction through onboarding. - Manage recruiting priorities in a fast-moving environment while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed. - Take ownership of Talent Acquisition and People projects as needs arise.
