Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pune

Our team of privacy consultants, information security experts, and penetration testers help organizations build strong data protection frameworks and maintain regulatory compliance. **Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist** **Location - Pune** **General Shift - 9:30am to 6:30pm** We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with around 1 year of recruitment experience to support hiring across technical and consulting roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while building a strong talent pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals. - Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. - Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate data using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit). - Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel. - Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions.
