In this role, you'll be at the center of our hiring process, working with candidates from their first application through onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to keep our recruiting efforts organized, efficient, and people-focused. Established in 2010, Oakes Auto Group is family-owned and locally operated, with a culture built around stability, growth, and long-term career development. * * * ## **Pay & Benefits** - Competitive pay based on experience - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off + paid holidays - Employee discounts - Career growth across multiple stores - Locally owned and operated - Tuition reimbursement - Community involvement and volunteer opportunities * * * ## **What You’ll Do** - Review applications and screen candidates for a wide variety of positions across the organization. - Guide qualified candidates through our structured Road to Hire process while providing consistent communication and support. - Review Culture Index results using established company guidelines. - Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, send interview reminders, and collect manager feedback. - Upload resumes and maintain accurate candidate records within Hireology and other recruiting systems. - Open, update, and close job postings while managing the evergreen posting schedule. - Maintain recruiting spreadsheets, reports, and hiring trackers. - Initiate and monitor background checks and assist with offer letter coordination. - Re-engage previous candidates when new career opportunities become available. - Support career fairs, hiring events, school partnerships, and community recruiting initiatives. - Respond promptly to candidate questions while delivering a positive, professional hiring experience. - Partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and hiring leaders to meet staffing goals across multiple dealership locations. * * * ## **What We’re Looking For** We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping processes organized.
