You will play a key role in candidate management, hiring the right talents, coordinating with high volume of talents , and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Your roadmap to make an impact Own full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer stage across complex and business-critical roles in different departments. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and prioritization. Support with proactive sourcing strategies across European talent markets, particularly for hard-to-hire technical and engineering profiles when required. Ensure high-quality candidate assessment through structured interviews, clear evaluation frameworks, and reference checks. Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Support with employer branding strategy and content to strengthen TYTAN’s positioning in competitive European talent markets. Fluency in English and German (C1/native) is a must. 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house environment. Experience of owning end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, or operational roles at scale up environmnet. Experience in partnering with hiring manager and influencing hiring decisions. Strong experience of salary negotiations, way of convincing the right talents for the organization. Strong understanding of, and demonstrated experience within, the defense industry. Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused working style. Open to take ownership and operate independently in fast-paced environment. Why TYTAN?
