More information: newglobe.education About the Role As part of our centralized recruitment shared services, as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce, adept at identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for both high-volume and niche roles. Your expertise in utilizing advanced technology and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, will be key in sourcing candidates. You will also focus on discovering talent in remote areas across Africa and Southeast Asia, ensuring a diverse and skilled team. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, and you will build and maintain talent pools for current and future roles, identifying qualified prospective candidates for open requisitions across multiple countries and with different levels of seniority. What You Will Do Utilize creative sourcing techniques for both volume hiring and niche roles, leveraging technology and social media platforms. Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools to identify top candidates. Develop strategies to tap into skill pools in remote locations across Africa and Southeast Asia. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and design tailored sourcing strategies. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate compatibility. Provide regular progress reports to hiring managers and stakeholders. Stay abreast of global recruitment trends and sourcing best practices. Prepare open days and job fairs and coordinate the events, screening, and logistics, to ensure participants pre-qualify for the role Be able to creatively use all media channels, networks, and resources to untap talent in remote locations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of work experience in talent acquisition, customer support, coordinating, or similar roles Experience organizing team workstreams/functions Experience building out systems, and processes Outgoing with outstanding interpersonal skills Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred Working at NewGlobe Enter the dynamic world of NewGlobe, where we embrace the mindset of boundless potential.
