As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Talent Acquisition Associates and driving the recruitment strategy for our organization. Additionally, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for calling, qualifying, and selecting the next group of BDN All-Stars. This role requires a high level of comfort with outbound communication and the ability to effectively engage with candidates. Please note this position is based on-site at our Andover office. **What you’ll do:** - Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Associates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process - Develop and implement effective data and metric driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent to BDN - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions - Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization - Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages - Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring decisions. - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition - Attend local university networking and industry events to build a strong relationships with potential candidates while promoting the BDN brand - Accountable for weekly metrics such as phone dials, interviews, offers and acceptances - Ad Hoc projects assigned by Director of Human Resources If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
