Your Future Role at QRT Your core objective is to support the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions across Research and Trading. Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process while guiding candidates throughout each stage to ensure a positive candidate experience. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to support effective hiring decisions. Plan, coordinate, and attend campus-based activities, including in-house days and interview days for students. Collaborate closely with the Campus Team to deliver a global internship and graduate recruitment programme. Strengthen and expand QRT’s presence across campus and industry events. Your present skillset 1–4 years of recruitment experience within the technology, data science, investment management, or fintech sectors; in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred. Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an advantage. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive tasks through to successful completion. A collaborative mindset combined with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
