Take Out - Framingham

This position handles take-out for our guests; ensures all take-out guidelines, specifications, quality, and service standards are met. This person must maintain attentive and courteous communication with guests and answer the phone and all questions in a polite manner. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously. - Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders. - Assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation. - Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods. - Ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift. - Perform other duties and tasks as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent - Previous work experience in similar role preferred. - Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems is preferred - Basic computer skills - Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting. - Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints. ***Legal Sea Foods participates in the federal E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility of all new hires.
