This large, experienced workforce enables Blythe Development to self-perform 80% of site groundwork, which gives them greater control than competitors who must subcontract the bulk of the job. **General Description** The Tack Truck Driver operates a CDL-regulated vehicle that applies specialized emulsions and/or liquid AC to roadways. **Key Duties** - Familiarity with the safe and efficient operation of paving equipment, including but not limited to tack truck - Knowledge of all USDOT and FMCSA regulations - Perform daily safety checks of fluid levels for leaks and damage to equipment prior to operation, notifying foreman of any concerns - Understand and execute paving procedures while following instructions to meet the standards of the project - Understand and execute different emulsions and/or liquid AC - Flexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes **Requirements** - Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs - Valid Class A or B CDL and driving record within MVR policy guidelines - Valid tanker endorsement on CDL - Current Medical Examiners Certificate (FMCSR part 391.41) - Preferred: tack truck experience **Benefits** **-** Employee Stock Ownership Program - Paid Time Off - 401k + matching - Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental insurance programs **EEO Employer** **Drug-Free Workplace** ### Benefits Paid time off, 401k + matching, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, supplemental insurance
