The world can’t wait.**You Have:** - 10+ years of experience in IT Engineering - Experience working in the Special Operations Community - Experience with performing capacity planning and performance monitoring to proactively address potential bottlenecks and recommend scaling solutions - Experience with managing complex projects from initiation to completion, while coordinating with cross-functional teams - Experience with mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers - Ability to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of critical enterprise IT infrastructure, including server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments - Ability to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for systems technology evolution - Ability to assist in establishing and enforcing system configuration, change management, and security policies across the server landscape - TS/SCI clearance - Bachelor's degree **Nice If You Have:** - Experience with conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents, implementing corrective and preventive measures to minimize future disruptions - Experience in Windows Server or Linux operating systems - Experience with architecting and implementing high-availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) solutions to ensure maximum system uptime and business continuity - Experience with driving automation initiatives across system deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Python - Experience with expert-level administration and troubleshooting of Virtualization platforms, such as VMware vSphere, or Microsoft Hyper-V - Knowledge of Enterprise Storage and Backup solutions, such as SAN, NAS, object storage, Veeam, and Commvault - Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management systems **Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
