Day to day, that means updating workflows, tags, triggers, and custom fields based on what leadership needs. When automations fail, integrations break, or data stops flowing between systems, you're the one who investigates and fixes it. You'll also support lead routing, pipeline management, and scheduling integrations tied to the sales process. Automation and Integration Management A big part of this job is keeping our workflow automations healthy. We use tools like Zapier and n8n to connect our sales, marketing, scheduling, communication, and delivery systems. When something stops working (an automation misfires, an email sequence doesn't send, a notification fails because someone left a field blank), you dig in, find the root cause, re-trigger the flow, and document what happened so it doesn't repeat. Technical Onboarding and Offboarding When someone joins the company, you set up their accounts: email, sales tools, support channels, invoicing, scheduling, and anything else they need. When someone leaves, you revoke access across every platform. You'll keep a checklist to make sure nothing slips through, and you'll coordinate with HR to stay ahead of transitions rather than reacting to them. Event Operations Support Before events, you'll set up tracking fields, integrate funnel opt-ins, and build checkout automations. During events, you create and hand off booking and checkout links. Afterward, you handle attribution by creating sales opportunities, building installment-tracking automations, and updating recording or platform settings. IT Support and Security Practices You're the first person the team contacts when something technical isn't working. Beyond reactive support, you'll help implement IT policies and security practices that our engineering and compliance leaders define. That includes managing software licenses, access controls, and keeping an inventory of what tools we use and who has access to them. When something is outside your scope, you escalate it. General Operational Support People across the company will send you ad hoc requests. A broken tracker built by someone who left the company. A dashboard that needs updating. A workflow that isn't behaving. You take ownership of these, figure out what's wrong, and get them working again. Who You'll Work With You'll report into operations and work closely with our engineering, tech ops, and compliance leaders. They'll set your priorities, approve system changes, and help you…
