You will be in various company systems every day, personally configuring, building, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting. This is not a business analyst role. There is no supervisory responsibility, and there are no direct reports. If your recent experience consists mainly of gathering requirements and handing the build off to someone else, this role is probably not the right fit. This is also not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned practitioner who has done this work with their own hands, brings sound judgment earned over years of doing it, and is looking to put down roots and grow with us over the long term. You will analyze and optimize our technological systems and then build and implement the improvements yourself, working alongside the Director of Application and Service Delivery, who sets direction and priorities for the team. We expect you to bring a strongly AI-minded approach to the work, continually looking for practical ways to apply modern AI and automation tools to make our systems more effective. This role requires deep technical skill, strong analytical ability, and the ability to work effectively with peers and stakeholders across the organization. Core Responsibilities Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Work closely with the Director of Application and Service Delivery, who owns team priorities and direction. Your perspective on sequencing, effort, and technical approach is valued and factors into those decisions. Serve as a hands-on technical resource for the team, taking on the harder problems directly and working them through to resolution yourself.
