Position Overview We are seeking a System/ Network Administrator who will be responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures.The System /Network Administrator's responsibilities include monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.Ultimately, you will ensure our software, hardware, servers, and networks run smoothly. Responsibility Configuration and maintenance of servers, systems, and Network Diagnose and troubleshoot workstation technical issues. Network Technical Support for all company users Tier 1 Networking Administration Web Service Administration Support Configure, test, and install switches, firewalls, routers, and gateways, and support network environments for video and audio-conferencing environments. Implemented, maintained, and supported telephone and contact center telecommunications environments and related systems and solutions. Monitoring and maintenance of equipment and cloud services ( AWS/GCP/RackSpace) Management of multiple firewalls in multiple sites: onsite, colocation, cloud They are designed, configured, and installed servers and other corporate devices when needed. Assisted and trained new system users and set up their accounts. Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware. Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications Update and maintain technical documentation. Maintain backup and disaster recovery protocols. Advanced knowledge of analyzing existing data networks and recommending scalable and supportable solutions Advanced understanding of analysis tools, such as Solarwinds, Wireshark, Fluke, Netbrain, Risk Management Advanced knowledge of WAN Optimization implementations, including Datashaping Advanced knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points, controllers, or Fortinet. Advanced understanding of supporting Cisco LAN switches and firewall● Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP Assist in the research, recommendation, and implementation of various technology platforms Requirement 5-7 years of experience as a System/ Network Administrator Competent in Windows OS, Windows Server OS, MAC OSX, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Fusion, Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki Solid understanding of server and systems management System Security – AV and/or comparable proven techniques Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent networking skills Team collaboration and good Team player Good communication skills BS in Computer Science or a similar field Security Awareness Training, KnowBe4 SSO and MFA Data Classification and Data Labeling, DLP Centralized password management, e.g., 1Password, LastPass SIEM, Indexing and Parsers, GitHub Integrations Security Incident testing and Security exercises MDM and Endpoint Protection NextGen Firewall and Antivirus Strong knowledge of supporting network environments for VoIP solutions Cisco/ Fortinet knowledge of supporting network configurat…
