Switchboard Operator

As a **Switchboard Operator** at OOIDA, you will be the first point of contact for our members and callers. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally, and determining the purpose of each call to ensure it is directed to the appropriate department or individual. **Supporting small businesses one member at a time.** Since 1973, OOIDA has represented the interests of independent owner-operators and professional drivers on all issues that affect truckers.
