You will help define how enterprise software evolves through cloud-native platforms, intelligent automation, and scalable engineering practices. ### Accountabilities: The SVP Engineering will lead the global engineering organization, ensuring technology strategy, execution, and innovation are aligned with business objectives. This leader will be responsible for scaling engineering capabilities, advancing AI-driven development practices, and delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing enterprise solutions. - Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global engineering teams across multiple locations and functions. - Define and execute engineering strategy, architecture direction, and technology roadmaps aligned with company priorities. - Drive AI-native engineering practices that improve developer productivity, product quality, and innovation velocity. - Own end-to-end engineering delivery, including scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence. - Establish strong engineering standards, governance frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes. - Partner closely with Product, Business, and Executive teams to translate customer needs into impactful technology outcomes. - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. - Attract, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent while building a sustainable leadership pipeline. - Champion modern cloud-native approaches and ensure engineering practices evolve with emerging technologies. - Support the delivery of AI-powered enterprise solutions that solve complex customer challenges at global scale. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering executive with a strong background in enterprise software, AI-driven products, and large-scale technology leadership. They should combine deep technical knowledge with strategic business understanding and the ability to inspire distributed teams. - Proven experience in senior engineering leadership roles such as VP, SVP Engineering, CTO, or equivalent within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven organizations. - 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 7 years leading large engineering teams. - Demonstrated success building and scaling cloud-native SaaS platforms or AI-powered products. - Strong technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture decisions, engineering practices, and technology strategy. - Experience leading global, distributed engineering organizations across multiple regions. - Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. - Passion for artificial intelligence, automation, and modern software development practices. - Ability to balance long-term technology vision with hands-on execution and operational discipline. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree…
