# ***Position Summary:*** The Surveillance Tech Agent is responsible for the installation, is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the entire casino security and surveillance system infrastructure, including cameras, servers, networking equipment, and access control systems. They ensure all equipment operates continuously and in compliance with strict gaming regulations to protect casino assets and guarantee gaming integrity. The Surveillance Agent reports directly to the Surveillance Supervisor # ***Essential Functions:*** - Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards. - Ensures the highest possible standards of guest service are provided and listens and responds to guest and Team Member concerns and questions. - Responsible for protection of North Fork Mono Casino & Resort gaming assets. - Conduct preventive maintenance on all surveillance equipment. - Diagnose and repair issues with surveillance systems, hand-held radios, and base stations. - Fix any camera and equipment malfunctions within the surveillance system. - Install new surveillance equipment throughout the casino property. - Provide system repair and malfunction support on an on-call basis. - Analyze trouble reports to determine the appropriate course of action for repairs. - Maintain maintenance logs and repair schedules. - Create and manage trouble reports and maintenance logs. - Monitor team members' adherence to enterprise policies and procedures, reporting any issues to immediate management so that proper action can be taken. Takes necessary enforcement action for violations of Tribal, State, and Federal laws. - Maintain and develop strong community relations with law enforcement agencies as necessary (in person, via telephone) - Maintain good communication and foster a positive, professional work environment. - Contribute to overall team efforts and departmental results. - Attends, and satisfactorily completes, all required training as assigned and required. - Other job-related duties as assigned. ## ***Required Skills/Abilities:*** - Comprehensive knowledge of audio and visual electronic equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. - Proficient in troubleshooting, maintaining, and operating current analog and digital surveillance systems. - Foundational understanding of basic electronics, electronic troubleshooting and repair, and computer networking principles. - Knowledge of basic CCTV cabling installation and maintenance. - Ability to analyze technical issues, solve practical problems. And interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. - Capable of working effectively in a stressful, fast-paced environment; demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proven ability to consistently deliver outstanding guest and customer service. - Skilled in utilizing various computer applications, including operating business computers and office machines within a Windows environment, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Poer Point. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. - Resilience and adaptability when working in a stressful, fast-paced environment. ## ***Minimum Qualifications:*** - High school diploma or GED preferred. - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in audio and video equipment, repair or network maintenance - Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form. - Previous experience in surveillance is preferred. - Previous experience and knowledge of CCTV equipment and basic electronics is preferred. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation. - Must not have been convicted of any crime for which registration is requi…
