This position will be starting out as part-time, with potential to turn into full-time opportunity. **We Offer:** - Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses - Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs - Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician - No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) - Paid holidays and paid time off **Requirements** - Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby - An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do **Duties:** - Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff - Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool - Communicate with the support team with questions - Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process - Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit - Problem-solve repairs with creativity **About** **Surface Experts** Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill. - Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle.
