Hours of work will be on a permanent two weekly rota with shift patterns covering our core operational hours. The role will include supporting our clients with personal care; accessing a variety of activities, promoting independence, inclusion and learning. We encourage our workers to work in a person centred way providing practical and emotional support children /young people in order to enable them to meet their goals and outcomes which are identified in their support plans. ***Please note this is Community Support work - you will be working in people's individual homes. Home care.*** **Essential Requirements** - Ability to demonstrate a can do approach that will give confidence to linkers/carers and families we are working with; - A valid Driving licence - Evidence of driving a manual car via video - ILETS - Valid TB test - Valid Police clearance ***We do not offer maintenance therefore you must have the funds to secure accommodation, buy a car and insure the car with business cover within 10 days of arriving in the UK for work use.*** - **This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check against the Children and Adults Barred List.** ***How we support you*** We will go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support.
