As a Support Specialist, you will offer an array of restorative skill building activities and support to rebuild communication proficiency, social & behavioral skills, self help abilities, and management of daily life activities. Responsibilities: Provide direct support to individuals with medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities, including personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and leisure Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed, promoting independence and personal growth Administer medications in accordance with MAP regulations and report any significant health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns Perform routine housekeeping tasks and report all maintenance or safety issues to ensure a clean and safe environment Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma Experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults. Ability to drive residence van Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and maintain a personally owned vehicle Schedules: Sunday-Monday & Friday-Saturday, 8am-4pm (32 hours) Hourly Rate $20.50 — $20.50 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
