Job Skills / Requirements Requirements of the Support Custodian/Janitor: Prior experience preferred but not necessary - we will train Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners) Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials Must be able to pass a background check Essential functions of the Support Custodian/Janitor: Customer facing - must have a respectable demeanor Services commercial accounts in and around Grand Rapids This role may require transport of supplies to various locations in the GR area Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions.
