This role develops and delivers sourcing strategies that support business growth, cost optimization, supply continuity, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional collaborators, the Supply Chain Manager serves as a key resource for supplier capabilities, packaging technologies, manufacturing processes, and market trends. Through strategic supplier engagement, technical packaging expertise, and data-driven decision-making, this role supports customer success while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of primary packaging products, supplier manufacturing capabilities, and the ability to translate customer packaging requirements into effective sourcing and supply chain solutions. **What You'll Be Doing** - Develop and implement sourcing strategies across assigned product categories to support business objectives, customer requirements, and profitability goals - Manage supplier relationships, including supplier identification, qualification, development, performance management, and ongoing business reviews - Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, pricing analyses, and sourcing recommendations for customer opportunities and critical initiatives - Serve as a technical supply chain resource by providing expertise on supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, packaging materials, and product solutions - Negotiate pricing, lead times, service levels, supply agreements, and commercial terms to achieve optimal business outcomes - Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support customer programs, product launches, and key efforts - Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity and support customer commitments - Evaluate market conditions, supplier trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to find opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and competitive advantage - Analyze sourcing, supplier, and supply chain data using ERP, CRM, and reporting tools to support business decisions and performance improvement efforts **What We're Looking For** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, category management, or packaging-related environments - **Primary packaging industry experience strongly preferred** - Experience supporting packaging products such a…
