In addition to a competitive pay, we offer 401K program with company match and Paid Time Off. **Basic Function: This is a Supervisor/Quality control position responsible for ensuring customer and employee satisfaction through Schedule Adherence, Fill-in Coverage, Quality Control, and Employee Training.** This position is responsible for - Account Management of locations in the ServiceMaster Service Area. - Previous management and cleaning experience is a plus. - The Candidate must be well groomed, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working with Google based technology and other online applications. - This position will require the ability to travel by automobile with your own transportation. (mileage reimbursed) - The Candidate must have a clean DMV record, be able to pass a background check, and have your own transportation.
