Maintenance Operations - Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems. - Prioritize maintenance work based on production schedules, equipment criticality, and operational requirements. - Monitor work order completion and ensure maintenance activities are properly documented within the CMMS. - Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment. - Escalate complex equipment issues requiring additional engineering or technical expertise. Equipment Reliability & Continuous Improvement - Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness. - Support implementation of preventive maintenance improvements and equipment reliability initiatives. - Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities following equipment failures. - Recommend process improvements that enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime. - Support Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
