QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) Education and/or years’ experience required: Two years of field experience in the area of Developmental Disabilities Certified Medication Assistant DD Certification or willing to acquire within 6 months of hire. Valid ND Driver’s License Preferred Skills and Abilities: Associates degree in a related field Five years of experience in Developmental Disability services preferred. Two years of experience in supervision Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable): This position would have supervision responsibilities of the residential DSPs on all shifts.
