Our pillars of operation are people, customer service, quality, and growth. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FORMULATION SUPERVISOR** As a Formulation Supervisor, you have the valuable role of partnering with management to establish production and quality control standards, as well as develop budgets and cost controls. You obtain important data regarding the types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products. Additionally, you plan and direct formulation activities in the mixing and spice prep departments. You work to optimize production and efficiently use human resources, machines, and equipment. You manage safety programs, including adherence to food processing safety guidelines. You keep accurate and up-to-date time and production records. You will also interview, hire, and train employees. Under your excellent leadership, your team is inspired to take pride in their work. Your style of management fosters teamwork, respect, accountability, and trust. You manage production schedules, including revising priorities due to equipment failure or operating problems. To determine the causes of nonconformity and other issues, you analyze the production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports. You then implement methods designed to eliminate problems and improve product quality. You take great pride in helping to produce a premium product! **QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FORMULATION SUPERVISOR** - Associate degree or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experienced in formulation recipes and operating formulating machinery preferred - Ability to interpret safety, operating, maintenance, and procedure documents - Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations, such as rates, ratios, percentages, and bar graphs - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Leadership ability Are you a team player with good interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
