# Working Supervisor (Janitorial) **Pay:** $14.00 per hour **Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ## Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Working Supervisor to perform and oversee daily cleaning services at office buildings and schools. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe facilities while ensuring quality work and securing the building at the end of each shift. ## Responsibilities - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Clean and sanitize restrooms - Empty trash and replace liners - Dust furniture, windowsills, and office surfaces - Clean glass doors, partitions, and other glass surfaces - Clean break rooms, kitchens, and common areas - Refill restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and tissue - Keep janitorial closets clean and organized - Lock doors, check alarms, and secure the building before leaving - Assist with training and supervising team members - Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns ## Qualifications - Janitorial or custodial experience preferred - Previous supervisory experience is a plus - Dependable with strong attention to detail - Able to work independently and follow instructions - Reliable transportation ## Physical Requirements - Stand and walk for extended periods - Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly - Climb stairs as needed - Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds - Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely ## Employment Requirements - Maintain a professional appearance and follow dress code - Wear company identification while on duty - Report to work on time and as scheduled - Attend required meetings and training sessions - Authorized to work in the United States ## Background Check & E-Verify - Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check. - Some client sites may require additional screening, including fingerprinting. - This employer participates in **E-Verify** and will verify employment eligibility for all new hires. ### E-Verify We participate in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States. ### Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status. **Job Type:** Full-Time **Pay:** $14.00 per hour **#AFS25**
