Make a difference. **Pay Rate: $38.02-$60.83 hourly** **Job Description:** - Supervises the day-to-day activities of the department/area. - Participates in the interviewing and selecting process. - Assigns work and follows up on work on of the employees. - Provides input and assists with the performance appraisal process. - Monitors educations requirements of staff. - Oversees orientation of new employees. - Assists with the facilitation of disciplinary actions. - Maintains schedule and assures staffing levels are appropriate. - Assists with development, facilitation and implementation of departmental projects. **Job Qualifications:** Education: Associates degree or higher in the applicable field of study preferred Experience: Experience working in Health Care Facilities setting is preferred. **Medium Work**: Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
