This person will monitor construction projects for their entire lifecycle.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** -On-Site Project Administration -Document review -Daily inspection/logging -Safety inspection -Inspection coordination -Schedule management/coordination -Cost management -Personnel Management - Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback. -Technical management/participation with field personnel in self performed trade work, demolition, concrete, carpentry, etc. -Subcontractor coordination -Quality control -Coordination with project management team -Provide progress and project updates. -Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly **WHY GPC?** Take advantage of GPC's competitive and comprehensive benefit package!
