We're proud to offer many vibrant **career opportunities** and welcome all candidates who have an affinity for serving their community and proactively seeking new opportunities. **We love to promote from within!** **ABOUT THE SUPERINTENDENT JOB** As a Superintendent at Brayman Construction, you will be assigned construction projects that you will lead, manage and oversee overall project work plans and progress for. You will work closely with the General Superintendent of the region to ensure that the focus remains on company goals, such as safety, quality and workmanship that meets the Company and Owner standards. As the Superintendent your supervisory responsibilities will include leading the project foremen and overseeing the hiring, scheduling, training, evaluation and safe performance of craft employees. You will conduct daily Tool Box Talks and JSA's and weekly safety inspections of the overall site. Safety violations and other deficiencies will need to be addressed immediately. You will work with the General Superintendent to coordinate the schedules of operational employees and equipment within the region. You will also process timesheets for employees and equipment. As the Superintendent, you will help develop schedules, work plans and productions during the bidding process as well as develop and monitor work plans and productions in the field after project award. You will confirm required permits and licenses are obtained and will execute construction contracts. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, Owners, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure project specifications, requirements, and other regulations are met. You will be responsible for inspecting the work quality and timeliness and will provide progress reports to owners and architects, making recommendations for necessary modifications. You will need to monitor the budget throughout the project and communicate variances as they occur. You will ensure projects maintain records related to costs, quantities installed and inventory.
