The ideal candidate brings strong field leadership, operational discipline, and financial awareness, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and changing conditions. This individual will be hands‑on, safety‑driven, and highly organized, capable of planning work, directing the daily activities of workers and subcontractors, managing materials and schedules, and ensuring strict adherence to contract requirements. Success in this role requires the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, resolve issues quickly in the field, and interface effectively with government representatives, inspectors, suppliers, and labor representatives while maintaining clear communication with project management. Above all, this role demands a Superintendent who champions a safety‑first culture, leads by example, and balances operational execution with financial and workforce awareness to drive successful project completion. **What You Will Do** - Reviews and interprets contract documents to plan work procedures, including establishing start and completion timelines and determining staffing requirements for each project phase. - Reads, understands, and adheres to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. - Coordinates and orders procurement of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules. - Applies financial literacy to operational decision‑making, adjusting field strategies as needed to support cost control and maximize profitability. - Directs and coordinates personnel and subcontractors in the planning and execution of on‑site work, aligning project phases to prevent schedule conflicts and delays. - May serve as primary field poi…
