Summer Part-Time Membership Sales Associate (Bilingual Spanish)

We are looking for approximately 16-20 hours of part-time work, primarily on Tuesdays, Saturday's, and another half day (preferably Wed or Fri but we are flexible). We have a current associate who leaves during the summer and comes back in the fall so the position is seasonal until September but has the opportunity to move to full time if performance is exceptional. The position is paid hourly but has performance incentives ($5 for every membership sold, 10% of product sales, and monthly bonuses for service add-ons). **About the Role** As a **Membership Sales Associate**, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for **selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience**.
