Summer House Manager

Under the direction of the Executive Director/ Director of Health Services is responsible for the coordinating supervising and directing the work of the Memory Care/Summer House staff and ensures the resident needs are met according to Federal and State regulations as well as Company Policy. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Supervises all activities of Memory Care to assure quality care. - Supervises all memory care staff to include; hiring, terminating, couching, training, scheduling and directing. - Ensures 24-hour provision of nursing services within Memory Care. - Coordinate and perform resident assessment and plan of care evaluations to ensure residents are at the appropriate level of care and services. - Complete rounds as necessary, responds to medical alert calls as required. - Develops and implements a memory care program specifically to meet the needs of the community residents. - Conducts initial and ongoing State required staff training for residents with Dementia **EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:** Current LVN licensure by the California Board of Nursing.
