Responsibilities include: - Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies - Making sandwiches to each guest's specifications - Providing friendly, efficient guest service - Operating the cash register and handling transactions - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant - Assisting with opening, closing, and leading the team during your shift ## Assistant Manager Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly each day.
