Lebanon School District is seeking PA Department of Education Certified Educators to join its Day-To-Day Substitute Teacher Pool. In order to be eligible for a substitute teacher position in the Mt. Lebanon School District, the candidate must hold an active PDE certification (instructional, specialist, or administrative) in any K-12 grade level or subject area. Substitutes may serve in per diem and short-term assignments to replace a permanent employee who is absent, and are eligible to apply for long-term and semester long assignments when available. Full or half-day assignment options with the ability to schedule in advance using our web-based Absence Management software. 2026-2027 Rates: Full Day $150 Half Day $75 Hiring for per diem substitute teachers is ongoing, with applications reviewed as received.
