No formal Montessori training is required, we’ll provide training as part of your orientation and onboarding. **About the Role** This is an **on-call, as-needed position**, ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours while making a positive impact on young children. As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll support multiple classrooms serving children ages **0–6**, helping maintain a calm, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
