ABC Traffic Programs is seeking a dedicated **Program Supervisor** to oversee office operations, staff management, and client services in compliance with State and County regulations. As a Program Supervisor, you will: - Lead and support office staff, ensuring high-quality program operations. - Oversee compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 9, and Health & Safety Code. - Manage client services, case management, group counseling, and educational sessions. - Supervise, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a professional and supportive environment. - Monitor office performance, submit reports, and collaborate with Corporate Management to improve outcomes. - Represent ABC Traffic Programs with professionalism when working with courts, clients, and community partners. ### **What We’re Looking For** - **Bilingual in English and Spanish** (required). - **Experience** in alcohol and drug treatment or recovery services (required). - Active Registration/Certification as SUDC (required). - At least **1 year of supervisory experience** (preferred but not required) - Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems. - You will be scheduled for full-time hours within business hours, but must be available during all business hours (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM), when mandatory overtime is needed to ensure full office coverage. ### **Why Join Us** - Opportunity to make a positive impact in the community. - Supportive, team-oriented environment. - On-the-job training provided. - Competitive pay, based on experience and education. ### **Physical Requirements** - Ability to sit, walk, or stand as needed; occasional bending or kneeling. - Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. **📩 How to Apply** Submit your application via the platform.
