Join a team where your work directly impacts families’ stability and success. **The Role** We are seeking a driven and compassionate Child Care Subsidy Navigator to guide families through the eligibility process for child care assistance programs. This role is essential to ensuring families receive and maintain access to critical child care resources. Level placement is based on education and experience. ## Requirements **What We’re Looking For** Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field Strong analytical and documentation review skills Ability to manage deadlines and caseloads in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and commitment to compliance Bilingual skills are a plus
