This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the studio while driving revenue growth, profitability, and delivery of a consistent, best-in-class member experience. In partnership with the Head Coach, the Studio Manager ensures alignment between sales, operations, and fitness execution to create a cohesive, high-performing studio environment. The Studio Manager utilizes strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities, improve performance, and drive sustainable business results.
