Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events located in Waco Hall by providing behind-the-scenes support. Events include, but are not limited to, After Dark, All University Sing, Pigskin Revue, and Stompfest. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prior experience in technical or theatrical productions is not required to apply, training will be provided for technical expectations. - Deliver excellent customer service to clients and patrons of Waco Hall - Provide information and answer inquiries as needed - Assist with various tasks related to events and hospitality service - Maintain regular and punctual attendance - Ability to comply with University policies - May assist or coordinate various activities and tasks for execution of events or hospitality services - Provide excellent customer services to internal and external partners - May coordinate logistics to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards - May be a source to provide information, answer inquiries and resolve issues - May participate in meetings related to planning and coordinating events or hospitality services - May conduct presentations to provide updates to internal and external partners - May create feedback or event survey(s) - May collaborate with Marketing and Communications for branding and advertising - May identify and recommend improvements for events or hospitality services - May assist with outreach and promotion of upcoming services or events - Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission - Ability to comply with University policies - Maintain regular and punctual attendance In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with tasks in support of client-facing events, customer service operations, and/or guest experiences under an established timeline to meet objectives in support of successfully executing events. **WORK LOCATION** **Employer:** Baylor University **Work Location:** Waco Hall **Work Address:** **624 Speight Ave, Waco, TX 76706**
