Our team of highly trained physicians, surgeons, advanced practice providers, therapists, radiologic technologists, and team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. **Position Overview** OrthoSC is pleased to offer a Student Shadowing Opportunity designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. This experience provides valuable, real-world exposure to clinical environments and the delivery of orthopedic care. Participants will have the opportunity to observe patient interactions, clinical workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration across various specialties. **What You Will Experience** - Observation of day-to-day clinical operations in an orthopedic setting - Exposure to patient care processes and provider interactions - Insight into teamwork across clinical and support disciplines **Program Details** - This is an unpaid shadowing opportunity - Scheduling and duration will be coordinated based on availability. - Participation is contingent upon approval through the application process **Requirements** To be considered, applicants must submit the following: - Completed Student Shadowing Application - Certificate of Completion for OSHA and HIPAA training. - Signed parental/guardian consent forms for participants under age 18. **Expectations** All participants must: - Adhere to OrthoSC policies, including confidentiality and professionalism standards - Follow dress code requirements appropriate for a clinical setting. - Maintain respect for patient privacy at all times **How to Apply** Interested students should complete the required application materials and submit all documentation for review.
