This role focuses on hands-on repair and fabrication tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time in a Part 145 Repair Station environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform hands-on structural repair, fabrication, installation, and modification of airframe components using approved data and methods. - Execute work orders, engineering orders, and service bulletins in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company policies. - Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and Materials to support project milestones. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of job documentation. - Properly use PPE and adhere to company safety practices and FOD prevention protocols. - Support internal and customer audits and assist in resolving discrepancies and non-conformances. - Report progress, delays, and concerns to the Crew Lead, Maintenance Manager, or DOM in a timely manner. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. - Other duties as assigned. **Skills and Abilities:** - Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, systems, mechanics, and related tools/testing methods. - Skilled in reading manuals, troubleshooting, inspections, and performing quality repairs. - Detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to superior workmanship. - Adaptable and quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communicator (oral, written, and digital) with solid computer aptitude. - Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency. - Strong critical thinking, time management, and multi-tasking skills. - Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Competencies** - Microsoft Office Suites - Corridor - CAMP - Familiar with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to complete and maintain records. - Scissor Lift Certified (Preferred) - Forklift Certified (Preferred) **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to see and hear clearly - Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly - Ability to climb, t…
