Our certified and highly-skilled teams specialize in structural steel design, engineering, detailing, fabrication, erection and retrofit to existing structural members. **SUMMARY** The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the burn table to process plate materials. **DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Select correct machine settings for optimal burning, drilling, and processing operations - Measure materials to ensure conformance with design specifications - Select appropriate material type, stock size and dimensions as required - Transfer data onto materials - Keep a clean, organized and safe work area - Keep and manage an accurate record of daily operations and materials usage **REQUIREMENTS** - Must have experienced operating CNC machines - Experienced with operating overhead crane is preferred - Ability to interpret CAD drawings, symbols, and notes - Ability to read tape measure to within 1/16" - Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time
