Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that. We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life. Prosper is growing 3x year over year and are at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults. About the Role With increasing demand for adult autism care, we need to ensure we have the clinical capacity to serve our clients. We are hiring a leader to build and scale our provider growth engine. You'll combine workforce planning, analytics, experimentation, and operational problem-solving to identify the biggest constraints on clinical capacity and develop creative solutions to overcome them. This could include improving our clinician hiring funnel, unlocking new talent pools, increasing clinician hours, rethinking our clinical model, or building new systems and processes that allow us to scale. This is a unique opportunity to solve a highly complex, business-critical problem at the intersection of healthcare operations, talent strategy, and growth. You'll work closely with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, Product, and leadership to build the operating model that enables Prosper to expand access to care while maintaining an exceptional clinician experience. You'll thrive in this role if you're a strategic senior leader who loves turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans. You are equally comfortable building a capacity model, analyzing funnel data, designing experiments, and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You don't accept constraints at face value — you challenge assumptions, find creative solutions, and take ownership of outcomes from start to finish. You Will Own the clinical capacity strategy. Build and maintain a comprehensive clinical capacity model that forecasts supply needs, identifies bottlenecks, and determines the highest-impact levers to achieve Prosper's growth goals. Translate that model into a clear operating plan, milestones, and a metric you're accountable for - the same way our demand-side team owns client growth. New, non-obvious levers for supply. Go beyond conventional recruiting. Explore new talent pools, licensing models, clinician incentive structures, utilization improvements, and care-model changes - anything that expands effective clinical capacity. Build systems that make this a growth engine, not a fire drill. Build the operating rhythms and accountability mechanisms needed to manage capacity as Prosper scales - moving the org from reactive problem-solving to a predictable, forecastable engine. Scale the team. You’ll take full ownership of the existing team, and as the engine scales, you'll help define the org structure, hiring plan, and operating model needed to run provider growth as a durable function. About You 6–8 years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, growth, or another analytical and operational role. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is required. Strong strategic problem solver. You know how to break down ambiguous problems, identify the highest-impact drivers, and build clear plans to achieve measurable outcomes. You naturally…
